Nick comes from a Martial Arts background and is proficient in Kung Fu and kick boxing. Studying a martial art means you have to be strong (mentally and physically), flexible and have a high level of fitness and Nick will bring all these elements into his training with you.

Nick Webb has been a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years. He works with both male and female clients and believes there should be no difference to training methods.
Nick uses barbell strength training as the basis of his workouts for both fat loss and bodybuilding. He believes that resistance training is key for fat loss as it retains muscle tissue and increases the metabolism which defends against weight rebound after the commencement of the diet.
